Start your day with a healing cup of bone broth
8:00 - 8:30 am Guided Morning Meditation Class with Dr. Lexi. Bring your own yoga mat. Dr. Lexi will guide you through a Vipassana mediation and go around the room to do a foot, hand, or scalp massage.
8:30 - 9:30 Power Breakfast
9:30 - 12:00 Morning Session: Learn how to self-regulate in times of stress. Dr. Lexi will use this time to uplift you, motivate you, and give you tools to take care of you.
12:00 - 2:00 Healthy and Nourishing Lunch
2:00 - 4:00 Afternoon Guided Hike (optional) or a quiet reflective activity on your own. Submerge yourself in nature. You will have a guide take through an easy 2 mile SILENT hike. Dr. Lexi will educate you on the importance of being silent; to allow your heart to speak. Listen to what’s around you. Nature allows our minds to quiet and a time for us to come back to self.
4:30 - 6:00 Time for self: Let’s journal your moments of inspiration. Journal your ideas, your thoughts, your ah ha moments. *Journals and all material provided by Dr. Lexi.
6:00 - 8:00 Wholesome and nutritious dinner at the Lodge
8:00 - 8:30 Guided Evening Mediation Class
