Massage Therapy and Body Work
Massage therapy is a wonderful way to relax, recharge, and destress after a long day at work. It's also a great addition to your maintenance plan of wellbeing. Whether you're going through a stressful time or just need a moment to relax, Dr. Lexi is happy to hold space for you and your healing.

Relaxing, Meditative
A calming, restorative massage designed to help your body fully exhale. This is an ideal choice when stress feels overwhelming, your nervous system is running on empty, or you simply need gentle support to relax and reset. It can be especially nurturing during seasons of grief, after traumatic events, or during periods of sustained high stress.
Deep Tissue
Deep tissue doesn’t mean “more pressure.” It’s a targeted approach that works with deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue using skilled techniques—like pin-and-stretch, joint movement, and focused work on hard-to-reach areas such as the psoas and quadratus lumborum (QL) (common contributors to low back and hip tension). Great for chronic tightness, limited mobility, and persistent knots.
Sports
Built for active bodies, sports massage combines focused muscle work with stretching to support performance and recovery.
