The "Back-to-School" season often feels like a second New Year.


You're all back from summer vacations where you may have indulged a little too much, leaving you feeling heavier than you may like.


With travel and festivities, many even got sick with Covid and summer colds. Hopefully, everyone is feeling better and ready to send the kids off to school.


Now that the kids are back in school, life is settling into a new routines. Many of us may feel that little shift—the sense that it’s time to get organized, refocused, and create some fresh momentum.


Here's a little reminder:

We are on the eve of the busiest time of the year! If you don’t take time now to pause and reset, it’s easy to slip into habits that leave you feeling drained by the time the holidays arrive.
